Tablets 62·5mg, 125mg (specialist initiation only)

Dosage:

Pulmonary hypertension: initiation and prescribing are restricted to use under the guidance of the Scottish Pulmonary Vascular Unit with funding through the Scottish Board Chief Executive Drug Risk Share Scheme.

Tablets 25mg (specialist initiation only)

Dosage:

By mouth
Heart failure (initiated in hospital in conjunction with oral nitrates) 25mg 3 to 4 times daily, increased every 2 days if necessary; usual maintenance dose 50 to 75mg 4 times daily.
