Revisit indicators, barriers, facilitators

Once the DSS intervention is more clearly defined by carrying out these design stages, it is important to revisit the previously chosen indicators or measures of success, using the evaluation framework (see Figure 3). This is also a good point at which to plan how and where baseline measures can be collected, to enable the impact of the DSS on user attitudes, knowledge, decisions, behaviours and patient or client outcomes to be compared. This is an excellent time to consider your overall evaluative framework. See Section 5 for more information.
