In Inverclyde, Assessment and Care at Home services work to support people to live a full and active life at home and within the community as independently as possible.  The team includes occupational therapy staff, home support managers, social workers and social work assistants and a pharmacy technician who work with individuals, to assess what supports are needed to meet your health and social care needs.

If you or your family member and or carer think you may need support, contact Access First. Access First will take your information, assess your need for services and let you know what happens next.
