NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde operates a Smokefree Policy. This means no smoking is permitted in any NHS building, entrance, doorway, grounds or car park.

It illegal to smoke within 15 metres of an NHS hospital building, reducing the risk and effects of second hand smoke on our patients, staff and their families’ health.

You can use electronic cigarettes/vapes when you are outside, but this must not be near any entrance or doorway.
