Drug details

Mild Hiradenitis - minimal scarring and limited sites affected

Topical Clindamycin 1% Lotion

Apply TWICE daily

Assess at 12 weeks

Moderate Disease

Lymecycline

OR

Doxyxcycline

408mg daily

100mg OD or BD

Assess at 12 weeks and refer to Dermatology if not controlled
